Chili Fest

Volunteer opportunities: Power wash the front and sides of the clubhouse, Help move
benches, Cut vines growing on the kayak stands,
Trim along stairways. Email if you can help.
If your stairway needs trimming, please let us know. With Board
permission, residents can trim overhanging branches on the stairs.
Lexington Heights yearly dues are $200 for an improved lot and $75 for
a vacant lot. Please make sure we have your correct mailing
address. Dues are to be paid by July 1. A $10.00 late fee

The Road Commission is curently grading our roads. We want to remind
everyone that parking on Lakeview has always been prohibited.
It's important to note that the Road Commission has the authoruty to
tow vehicles at the owner's expense. If you have questions, please call
the Commission at 810 648-2185.
The Board extended our garbage
contract with Emterra. Please see December 2, 2023 Minutes.
Please call them if you have a large item. They will not pick up
matresses, etc unless you call first.
Show your community pride by buying a Lexington
Heights sticker for your golf cart ($10.00).
Concerns about the smell from the pumping stations on Zenith or
Grove should be directed to Worth Township. Please call:

Please note this by-law change:
No person shall trim, cut, or dislodge any shrubs, grass, trees, or
vegetation from the parks, parkways, or bluff within the Corporate
limits of Lexington Heights, Inc., without a written permit from the
Board of Trutees. At a minimum, a fine of $500.00 and/or cost to
restore the property to its original condition will be imposed for
unauthorized cutting on the bluff and parkways.
ALL TRIMMING ON THE BLUFF MUST BE APPROVED AND SUPERVISED
BY THE BOARD.
