signs at the beach access areas on the bluff (including the notations):
▪ Private Beaches.
▪ No
Parking on Lakeview or on side streets within 50’ of the stop signs.
▪ No Blocking Driveways.
◦ She complained about dogs always being on the beaches.
◦ People are blatantly not
following neighborhood rules – she suspects violators are mostly
renters.
Barb Tassone – 7351 Rosewood
• Barb also had several concerns to report.
◦ We are seeing many unauthorized visitors from other subdivisions using our beaches.
◦ People are leaving chairs, umbrellas and beach toys on the beaches overnight.
◦ One family from Rosewood
has frequently taken over the whole beach, blocking other residents for
using it.

◦ Diana Larsson will provide
flyers, listing candidates, timing, etc. – to inform and encourage
residents to vote.
IX. New Business –
• Golf Cart Registration for Lexington Heights Residents -
◦ We have an increasing amount of golf carts roaming and parking in the community.
◦ Many are ignoring our no
parking areas and others are parking very close to the bluff.
◦ Having identification
stickers indicating Lex-Hi residency, could help identify our community
members vs. people from other communities invading our parkway and
beaches.
A motion was put forward by Liz to make golf cart identification
stickers available to Lexington Heights residents, Mike moved to
approve the motion - Steve seconded. With majority approval, the motion
carried (202015).

Following the meeting the board continued with open discussion of
house-keeping issues, board planning and community open issues were
addressed.
